They Will Kill You
Been looking forward to this one so much, loved Zazie Beetz since Deadpool 2, she seems to do action so effortlessly and she really goes for it here.
This came across as Grindhouse splatter fest right from the start and really never came off the pedal for the whole show, there was some exposition but that fuelled the rest of the splatter and gore.
The blood and action was supported so well with a brilliant soundtrack that gave that urban samurai, angel of vengeance vibe which you got a hint of early on from image on the lighter, a beheaded samurai.

It was so darkly funny with Tom Felton being such a brilliant fool throughout, the effects of the repairing bodies was so well done… and that eye.
There was also a feel of spaghetti westerns to some of the action and cinematography and that also worked for me.
Just loved the fight choreography throughout, especially the flaming axe fight in the darkened ballroom, again the fiery sword of a vengeful angel.
A pig on a stick? Really?
Good touch that the servant of Satan was called Lilith, mother of demons.
Another low rent slasher movie that really lived up to my expectations, fun and bloody.
